Starpuppy, as a subscriber I would like you to address the criticism you receive. Though you do have positive videos on here about your hair, you have a reputation for negative self-talk about 4c hair. Using that thumbnail and title to sell clip-ins to a 4c audience is really tone deaf. You’re getting your bag at the expense of texturism specifically because the thumbnail is never addressed as sarcastic clickbait in the video and that does not go over well with many members of your audience. I wish you would address the criticism you get because it’s true that we all make mistakes, we can be blind to them and we should acknowledge when other people bring them to our attention. Even if you don’t agree with much of the criticism I believe it’s a chance to explain your choices.

Honestly not sure where star Puppy is at either ya'll but I kind of interpreted this title as a sarcastic reference. As someone with type 4 hair their entire life Star Puppy has probably heard this "nappy vs classy" many times over. I may be wrong but I see as a 'cosplay' of the texturist role. She does mention early in the video how her hair is beautiful but she feels like changing up her look If not though I hope she finds peace and comfort regarding everything and I hope anyone who felt dissapointed or hurt by this video realizes that just because she's been a champion of type 4 hair doesn't mean she owes you positive encouragement constantly. It can hurt but just know that you are the only one who can and should be able to influence your own perspective of yourself

Thank you for this explanation. I just did a big chop where i shaved off all of my hair because it wasn’t growing. I wanna say that I do have high porosity hair because i over use products that have different kinds of ingredients that I use on my hair, as well as washing it with hot water and using different types of shampoos/ conditioner. As well as blowdrying and combing it everyday. I believe that is what caused me to have high hair porosity because I’m an impatient person and I don’t know what my hair likes. I want to be able to use natural products. Or would it be best to not be any products on my hair? Right now my hair is shaved so should I wait until it starts to grow out?

I think the title should have been "extensions for type 4b/c hair". The "cosplaying as 3c" is confusing and at worst offputting. You're extensions looks really good and showcasing it as an option for type 4 hair is great but as many have noted, the thumbnail title isn't relaying that. No 3c hair is even in this video.
